One of our dedicated customer care representatives will respond to your email within 24-48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). They will provide you with the Return Address of our warehouse to your nearest location, along with further instructions and assistance regarding your exchange or return. If the size, shade, layout, and the rest are the same as described on our website, you (the purchaser) will be responsible for the return charges. Kindly be advised that we do not accept returns for products not bought through www.ClosetStunner.com. Our return policy applies exclusively to items purchased directly from our website.

Return Conditions

Please ensure that the following provisions are satisfied before advancing your remit request by our form, ‘Contact Us’:

  • The acquired product/s in question was from our website, and you submitted the request within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item/s must be in their original, unaffected, pristine, and re-suppliable state, which includes not being worn, scrubbed/laundered, and without any modifications.
  • The wrapping and attached labels must be in their original state, with ClosetStunner tags securely attached, and the original packaging must be undamaged.

If your item(s) meet the conditions specified by our return policy, you have the following options:

  • You may select a swap for the cloned product with discordant measurement or shade or choose a refund.
  • If you choose to proceed with a swap, we will facilitate this process at no additional expense on your part. ClosetStunner will assume the cost of the return.

Return Duration

The return processing span is FOUR to FIVE business days upon receipt of the returned items at the designated warehouse address. We send you a confirmation email once the return process is complete. A refund is issued back to your primary form of payment (as per the original invoice), and it can require up to ten working days to be verified, subject to the processing times of the financial source.

If acquired a damaged or inexact product(s):

To get the refund processed, it is necessary to return the purchased item within 10 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) should be unwashed and unworn.
